T. Michael Glenn serves as a primary champion of the FedEx brand and customer loyalty, guiding business strategy to position FedEx as one of the most respected companies in the world. As Executive Vice President of Market Development and Corporate Communications, he leads global go-to-market business strategies and related communications efforts for FedEx Corporation and its subsidiaries: $33 billion in annual revenue and over 275,000 employees and contractors worldwide. Glenn also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of FedEx Services. In this role he leads all marketing, sales, communications and digital access initiatives for all the FedEx operating companies including FedExOffice.

Glenn played a key role in developing the company's Compete Collectively, Operate Independently and Manage Collaboratively strategy. Through his leadership FedEx effectively expanded its operating companies and service capabilities to meet the growing needs of its customers.

Before FedEx Corporation was formed in January 1998, Glenn was senior vice president, Worldwide Marketing, Customer Service and Corporate Communications for FedEx Express. In that role, he was responsible for directing all marketing, customer service, employee communications and public relations activities for the world's largest express transportation company. Since joining FedEx in 1981, Glenn has held various management positions in sales and marketing. Before joining the company, he worked in the sales division of the Dover Elevator Company.

Glenn currently serves on the board of directors for Renasant Bank, Pentair, Inc., United Way of the Mid-South and Autism Speaks.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Glenn earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi and a master's degree from the University of Memphis.
