Tom Dixon

Tom Dixon is the Director of Global Marketing Operations for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He serves as the principal aide to the Chief Marketing Officer and oversees all operations of the office of the CMO. He handles a wide range of matters including marketing training, talent development, and global best practice sharing. Tom has worked for Kimberly-Clark for 4 1/2 years. Prior to his current position, Tom served as the Associate Marketing Director for Huggies in Kimberly-Clark's North American Baby and Child Care business. Prior to joining Kimberly Clark, Tom held numerous marketing positions at General Mills and Miller-Coors Brewing Company.

Tom earned his B.A in Political Science from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.B.A from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Tom is married and has two children, Avery (4) and TJ (3).
