Dennis Cary SVP and CMO Bally Total Fitness |
Dennis Cary is Chief Marketing Officer for Bally Total Fitness, responsible for leading the company's marketing functions, and developing and implementing initiatives that will help Bally further strengthen relationships with its nearly 3 million members.
Dennis joined Bally in February, 2010 as part of a new executive leadership team brought in to lead the transformation of Bally, a true pioneer in the fitness industry, to become the leading fitness company in the Big Box Value market segment.
Dennis has nearly 20 years of marketing experience across the full range of marketing disciplines, including brand strategy, customer experience, CRM, e-commerce, pricing, and sales.
Previously, Dennis, age 45, served as Chief Marketing & Customer Officer of United Airlines for four years. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior marketing and sales executive positions with both United Airlines and American Airlines in the United States and internationally.
Dennis received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge and his MBA from Duke University.
