Jim Arnold

Mr. Arnold is the Vice President of marketing for CompuCom Systems, a 2 Billion dollar IT outsourcing company with operations in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. He joined CompuCom in late 2006 and currently is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and management of the company’s corporate marketing activities. Additionally, Mr. Arnold oversees marketing communications, analyst relations, public relations and internal communications as well leads web site management, lead generation and trade show activities.

Prior to CompuCom, he served as the Director of Product Marketing at EDS where he managed marketing, advertising, public relations, analyst relations, event marketing and lead generation activities for EDS’ IT outsourcing services portfolio. Previously, he was a member of an executive management team at IBM that formed a new capital goods Internet exchange company where he held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Previously to IBM, Mr. Arnold served as the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications at Sabre Inc. where he spearheaded the brand strategy for Sabre and Travelocity.com during the AMR spin-off. While at Sabre, he led a large global marketing team and managed marketing, advertising, public relations, brand management, event marketing, research, GUI testing and Web marketing functions. Mr. Arnold was manager of numerous marketing programs during his eight-year tenure at Compaq Computer Corporation and previously held account management positions at two leading advertising agencies. Mr. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio.
