Tom is responsible for internet marketing, lead generation, social media and internet strategy for New York Life. Currently Tom's focus is on the integration and synergy between online and offline channels to drive business results. Current tactical efforts include event based marketing, web site optimization, SEO, SEM, email and social media. In total these tactics provided over 50,000 qualified leads to New York Life agents around the country in 2009. Prior to coming to New York Life, Tom managed AIG's Corporate eBusiness area and provided global strategic and tactical support to AIG Companies around the world.
